Choose the right level for you!
Beginner to Intermediate Group
This if for you if you’re newer to the game – you can stop, pass and shoot – but want to improve your skills!
You’ll gain confidence stopping at higher speeds, consistency in your shot, stronger stickhandling abilities, and build stronger edgework and skating speed!
Tuesday November 3rd:

Intermediate to Advanced Group
This if for you if your confident stopping and turning at faster speeds and are ready to unlock more advanced skills!
You’ll work on adding more power and accuracy to your shot, controlling the puck at faster speeds, pushing your edgework and improving your overall ability to play the game!

Meet Your Coaches
As an Elite Skills Coach Laura specializes in breaking down high level skills to female
players! From shooting and puck control clinics to power skating and edge control Laura brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience coaching over a thousand athletes and her own training as a professional athlete.
Laura’s professional hockey career has taken her across North America and around the globe. She most recently played in Sweden in the SDHL in 2024 and prior to that played in the PWHPA and the CWHL with the Calgary Inferno, winning a Clarkson Cup Championship with the Calgary Inferno in 2018.
Laura is passionate about helping players unlock new skills while having a ton of fun!
Ali Stead is a content creator and influencer with over 15,000 followers on her
never2late2learn.hky Instagram account documenting her journey as an adult – with no skating experience! – learn hockey.
From the intimidation of learning offsides and positions to michigans and bar downs Ali brings a unique perspective of what it takes to learn hockey from any age!

Our Calgary women’s hockey camps are designed for adult women ages 18+, from beginners and newer players to experienced and older adult hockey players looking to develop their skills in a fun, supportive environment. We welcome women from Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, Canmore, Banff, High River, Red Deer and communities throughout Alberta. Whether you’re just getting started in adult hockey or have been playing for years, our camps provide focused on-ice and off-ice training designed specifically for women.
